2010 year sees the 2nd ever annual UK Thumb Wrestling Championships which is being held in Lowestoft, Suffolk in August 2010, Could you be the UK Thumb Wrestling Champion 2010? This event will see the very best thumb wrestlers from across the UK battling it out to be crowned the official UK thumb wrestling champion and The Random Shop as main event sponsors are taking payment for registration and entry to this massive event. Thumb Wrestling Sport of Kings!

Thumb wrestling or thumb warring is a popular game played by two players in a tournament called a thumb-a-war (or thumb war). Thumb Wrestling competitors hook the four fingers of their right (or left) hands together such that both hands are clasped tightly. Then a short starting chant is performed and the contest begins.The winner will be the person to hold down the opponents thumb for as long as it take to say, 1,2,3,4 i win thumb-o-war. The winners of each heat will go through to the next round, with the tournament ending up with 2 finialist who will battle it out for the UK Thumb Wrestling Championships.
