UK Gift Delivery Information
Your Gifts and Gadgets will be delivered to you by the friendly staff of the Royal Mail. All orders for UK delivery will be sent using either Standard Royal Mail Delivery [£3.85] which takes 2-4 working days, or First Class Royal Mail Delivery [£5.75] which takes 1-2 days. Please choose which delivery option you require when checking out of our shop. We will usually send orders out the same day on orders placed before 15:00. If you place an order with The Random Shop very close to 15:00 on a Friday afternoon, please do not expect to receive your item[s] until the following tuesday. Sometimes we use other courier services to send certain types of our products, such as kids ride-on cars. If you require next day delivery please drop us an email first.

The Random Shop was not originally designed to send items worldwide, this is why our international customers may be experiencing problems with our check-out process. To get around this problem these customers will have to copy and paste our address into the delivery address:
Then simply add the correct delivery address to the shipping notes and we then know where in the world you would like your items to be delivered – we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this technical issue and we promise to have this resolved soon.
UK Delivery Regions
We can deliver to every location on the mainland of the UK. We can also deliver outside the UK except for items that are marked UK delivery only.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your goods, or have reason to believe they are faulty in any way and not up to sufficient usable standards, there is a 5 working day returns window where you can return the product(s). Please email us first to let us know though please.
We can only accept returns of our t-shirts & hoodies if we have made a mistake in processing/creating the t-shirts. We cannot accept returns on most of our t-shirts & hoodies as these orders will be created to order, so we cannot re-sell them if you send them back to us. Please make sure you get your size correct when you order.
We also cannot accept returns of any food items, unless we have made a mistake in the processing, purely due to the food-nature of the products
Please note we cannot refund your shipping charges, in either direction; and thats it really. go forth and buy a little bit of randomness!
